Kim Kardashian’s shiny butt is not helping other women

I WAS asked on Nine’s Mornings today if I thought that Kim Kardashian’s latest spot of bare, er, cheeked exhibitionism could be seen as amounting to her striking a blow for “loving the skin you’re in” — ie for the body-acceptance movement, and whether posing for the shot above was actually a positive for mothers as it reminded people you can still be sexy post-baby.
I have no issue with Kardashian continuing to cash in on the assets that have made her very wealthy and very famous, two things she’s put much energy into achieving. If you want to use your body to make your living as an adult, go your hardest.
But this latest lacquered like a lollipop effort of Kim’s is not about doing anything for the greater good, or for helping other women with a large bum feel better about themselves.
This is just Kim, 34, further promoting brand Kim, not something one half of the most self-interested couple in Hollywood has done for greater social good. (source)

Kim Kardashian Strips Down to Sexy String Bikini in Thailand

Kim Kardashian’s hard work at the gym has paid off — big time! The reality star slipped into a tiny black string bikini while filming Keeping Up With the Kardashians abroad in Phuket, Thailand last week.
Kanye West’s fiance, 33, was seen adjusting her itty bitty bikini on the deck of the Iniala Beach House in Phang-Nga, Thailand, where the Kardashian-Jenner family stayed during their trip. Kim sizzled in the skimpy two-piece swimsuit, with her toned abs and famous curves on full display.

At one point, she turned around to appreciate her reflection in the glass doors of the luxury haven, leaving her voluptuous booty on partial display for spectators. Kardashian’s tiny bikini bottom barely concealed her famous assets, which spilled over the skimpy fabric.
In similar fashion last Sunday, Kardashian turned heads in another revealing string bikini while frolicking on the beach with sisters Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian. Along with taking advantage of Phuket’s gorgeous beaches, Kardashian also immersed herself in the locale by visiting historical temples and attempting, even, to take a selfie with a fussy baby elephant.
The stunner’s body-baring looks in Thailand were with good reason. The gorgeous mom to 9-month-old North West has worked hard to sculpt her physique since giving birth to her daughter last June. She’s also getting ready to walk down the aisle, too!
As revealed by Us Weekly last month, Kardashian and West have set a date for their wedding. “We’re having a super, super small, intimate wedding,” the bride-to-be told Ryan Seacrest of her upcoming nuptials. The ceremony will take place in the Vogue cover couple’s beloved city of Paris in May. (source)
