Former Girls Next Door star Kendra Wilkinson was reportedly rushed to the hospital on Sunday after a car accident.
Us Weekly reports that Wilkinson, 27, was spotted being taken to Providence Tarzana Medical center after a "bad" accident that took place in Los Angeles' Tarzana neighborhood.
A source tells the publication that Wilkinson was both "in shock" and "really sore" after the incident. Doctors tending to the former Playboy model examined her for broken bones, and reported that the injuries were not serious and she hah already been discharged...(
