Jeremy Irons' son Max, who
will be seen in the upcoming film 'The Host,' has revealed that his parents did
not want him to take up acting as a career.
The 64-year-old 'Mar in Call'
actor, who had a very luminous career on screen, wanted his son to stay away
from the profession because they felt it was a "life of paranoia,
financial instability and jealousy."
But the 27-year-old Max was
persistent and his parents finally gave in when they realised that he was
